Further OSPF configuration

I have been struggling with configuration of the OSPF for quite a few days now, trying to figure out how loopback interfaces and hard-coded router-id is affecting the Designated Router election.

OSPF

The OSPF is link-state routing protocol. Link state protocol is such that the metric is based on bandwidth, load, reliability etc. of a given link as oppose to number of hops between networks.
